College Counseling

Every year, approximately two million high school seniors apply to college ? according to a recent U.S. Department of Education report. Universities are receiving record numbers of applicants, some as much as double that of previous decades, and even those available spots in less popular institutions are getting taken by qualified applicants who do not get into their first-choice schools. With all the competition, conflicting information, and continual changes to the process, it is no surprise that many college-bound students find the college admissions process intimidating.

The FLEX College Admissions Counseling Program ("The Program") is designed to support families through the daunting college admissions process. Developed by a team of former admissions committee members and high school college counselors, The Program provides accurate information about each aspect of the college admissions process and personalized recommendations for each individual counselee. Contrary to popular belief, there is no "cookie-cutter" model of the ideal college applicant; to that end, our counselors help each student develop the application profile that best highlights his or her strengths.
